Matrix Consultants is an Architectural & Engineering Consultancy Company established by
G. Shiva Leelanand a product of School of Architecture, CEPT, Ahmedabad in the year 1993, with a view to offer quality services in Architectural, Interior design, Structural, Landscaping design and Building services.

The need for quality both in design and co-ordination in the areas of Architectural, interior design and Building services cannot be overstated. Keeping this in view    Matrix Consultants started offering consultancy in the areas of Structural, Landscaping and Building services along with Architectural and Interior design services since 1995 to achieve the goal of comprehensive and well coordinated Architectural design and auxiliary services under one roof.

ACHIEVEMENTS :

• M/s. Matrix Consultants was selected as the Architects by Institution of Town Planners Association of India for their A.P Chapter Building at Begumpet from a limited Architectural completion.


• M/s, Matrix consultants was selected as the Architects by A.P. Pollution Control Board for their State Head Office cum Laboratory Building (PARYAVARAN BHAVAN), at Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. (Project just completed). This was done through short listing of Architects, responded from their state wide News paper advertisement.    


• M/s. Matrix consultants was selected as the Architects by A.P. Transport Department for their TRANSPORT BHAVAN – Commissioner’s office at R.T.A compound, Somajiguda, Hyderabad from a limited Architectural competition.


• Received IIA – A.P. CHAPTER’S Anchor award – 2004 under Commercial Category. 


• M/s. Matrix consultants provided Architectural design for M/s. Nutech Associates who bagged the turnkey contract of prestigious Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization project at Hyderabad.
